The Document Center Project Manager will be responsible for the efficient set up and execution of all document jobs on site or at document centers.

Key Activities & Accountabilities:

• P&L management.
• Gross margin management per project.
• Quote and scope vs. estimate.
• Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources.
• Assist sales staff with quotes and procedures.
• Facility set-up and management.
• Interact and work closely with other Document Center Project Managers.
• Coordinate and manage Document team production.
• Must be able to handle high volume of document jobs during CAT.
• Support document presentations.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to manage field drying, cleaning, and inventory operations.
• Clearly and effectively communicate in person, in writing, by telephone or e-mail.
• Working knowledge of x-ray, paper, microfiche, book, photo & blueprint recovery
• Working knowledge of mold remediation
• Must be able to travel
• Travel to and work on catastrophic job sites
• Ability to adapt to change
• Large freight shipment

Job Qualifications:

• 2 years of related work experience
• 2 years of college and/or trade school
• Background in scanning, a plus
