SDG 10: Reduced inequalities

We work to promote a more inclusive and diverse workplace, and help create a more inclusive society by providing employment for people excluded from the job market.

• UN SDG Target 10.2 – empower and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic or other status

Ongoing activities:

• Group-wide inclusivity e-learning and statement
• Group -wide CoC and CoC e-learning
• Increased number of local initiatives such as for example:
  
  POLYGONVATRO also actively promotes inclusion by employing those that might be excluded from society. This includes integrating people into the labour market with no formal education, people with a troubled past and people with disabilities. Read more here
  
  Polygon Norway runs the project ‘Ringar på vattnet’ to bring the long-term unemployed back into the labour market, often by giving them a second chance. Read more here
