Polygon Restoration is looking for an Emergency Coordinator to join a dynamic team within a world-renowned company. We offer a complete range of services to meet the needs of all our customers from households and companies to insurers and the public sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating emergency response activities and ensuring effective communication with internal teams, emergency services and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

  • Planning and coordinating teams of technicians, necessary resources, including equipment, materials, etc. for emergency work.
  • Supervising technician schedules and work organization.
  • Providing support to the project management team, including sending purchase orders, administrative management and other related tasks.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, emergency services and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records of emergency incidents and responses.

Required profile:

  • Experience in emergency response is an asset.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Respect for deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and open-minded.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French (an asset).
