I evaluate water damages on site at the customer, as well as the quotation afterwards. I accompany the damage from the removal, the drying up to the end of the restoration works. My work is done when all areas are as good as before the damage and back into use again. That goes along with close communication with the customer and the insurance, which is most important.

What you like most in your job?

In particular my job is easy. I can help people who are mostly despaired after a damage and do not know what they should do, so that they have clarity about what will happen.
