Polygon UK appoint Commercial and Complex Loss Director

Polygon, the global expert in property damage control and temporary climate solutions, has today announced the appointment of Richard Done as its UK and Ireland Director for Commercial and Complex Loss. With over 17 years of experience in property damage restoration in the commercial and complex loss field, Richard joins Polygon’s senior management team to build on the company’s strong reputation.


Within his role at Polygon, Richard will have responsibility for both business development and operations in commercial and complex loss. Over the past 25 years, Polygon’s commercial and complex team has successfully responded to thousands of losses from smaller day-to-day incidents, through to much larger and complex losses. Polygon’s capabilities in commercial and complex loss is enhanced by the UK and Ireland’s largest fleet of specialist dehumidification, heating and cooling equipment, a reserve surge fleet in the Netherlands of 5,000 pieces of equipment and a state of the art technical reconditioning facility in northern Germany.
