POLYGONVATRO, the Major & Complex Claims Division of Polygon UK, has increased the capacity and expertise within its specialist team. Expansion in key areas is set to offer clients better coverage and increased customer service.
Key recruits for POLYGONVATRO have been Jack Matthews and Craig Slater Watts, as the specialist division continues to look for growth in both experience and knowledge.
The North & Scotland has been a key area of growth for POLYGONVATRO in the last 12 months, where Jack Matthews will be based. “We have an expanding client base particularly in Scotland; in fact, we’ve been involved in some really big claims from Glasgow to Aberdeen in the last year. Bringing in an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced person into this area was a target for us and I’m very pleased to say we’ve done that by bringing in Jack Matthews”, said Major & Complex Claims Director, Richard Done.
Andrew Fletcher, Regional Operations Manager - North added, “I’m really pleased Jack decided to join POLYGONVATRO. Jack stood out to us from the offset. With over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of damage control, he’ll be a real asset to the team”.
Regarding his appointment to the Major & Complex Claims team, Jack said, “I’m very excited to be joining such a professional and growing business division. The training and opportunities for personal growth are just two of the things that attracted me to join POLYGONVATRO and I’m looking forward to getting on to my first job!”
Craig Slater Watts has bolstered the Major & Complex Claims team in the Southern region. Steve Rowen, Regional Operations Manager – South comments on his appointment, “Craig brings great experience and enthusiasm. We’ve known Craig for a while through various large projects he has worked on with us. I’m confident he will grow with us and build further success.”
Craig added, “I’m really looking forward to becoming part of such a great team. I’d heard that Polygon are a great employer and the Major & Complex Claims team have achieved brilliant things over the last couple of years. There’s a real buzz around the industry about Polygon and now I’m part of that.”
POLYGONVATRO is looking for more committed and knowledgeable people to join the team and is keen to hear from anybody involved within technical restoration. There are job roles available at several entry levels in this area of the business.
