Christmas Quiz Terms & Conditions

ENTRY CONDITIONS

Entries cannot be amended in any way after submission or may be deemed ineligible.

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 21 years or over.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. By entering into the Polygon UK 2020 Christmas Quiz, the entrant agrees to Polygon using their content for marketing purposes both online and offline.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
6. All entries will be accepted for the duration of the draw period. The draw period is defined as being from Monday 1^st December, 2020 until 5pm Thursday 24^th December, 2020.
7. The closing date for entry will be Thursday 24^th December, 2020. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted, and any entries received will be deemed invalid.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. Polygon’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows.

10. Polygon reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Polygon.

The prize is as follows.

11. The prize is an Amazon voucher to the value of £25.00. One voucher per winner. 
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen.

13. A total of 4 winners will be chosen at random, from all of the entries received.
14. In order to qualify to be entered into the random prize draw, entrants need to answer 10 questions out of 14 correctly. 
15. The Prize Draw winner will be contacted via email. If Polygon doesn’t receive a response from the winner within 14 days, Polygon reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
16. The winners will be informed by email within 28 days of the closing date of the competition, and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
17. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: uk_sales@polygongroup.com.
19. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Polygon UK and not to any other party.
21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
