We are seeking a dedicated Digital & Sales Liaison to join our Climate and Digital Solutions (CDS) team. This role is critical in supporting the growth of digital sales revenue and profitability. You will act as the key interface between our digital solutions and the wider sales function, ensuring seamless internal processes, excellent customer support, and the successful delivery of digital projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the rental or related industries, who is commercially focused and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and Trial Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee the trial process to ensure hardware is swiftly delivered and returned as required.

  • Sales Support: Provide essential support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and assisting in the preparation of digital project proposals.

  • System Expertise: Become a ‘super user’ of InspHire and key digital platforms to provide support across sales and operations.

  • Customer Engagement: Assist in identifying and developing new customer relationships to drive profitable sales growth.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate customer and sales information.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Support the creation of marketing materials and sales tools to promote digital solutions.

  • Process Support: Provide backup cover for the National Administrator during periods of absence.

  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to internal and external queries related to digital solutions.

  • Reporting: Support month-end and interim invoicing processes by collating relevant information.

Skills & Experience       

  • Experience in the rental industry or a related sector.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, InspHire, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability in relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing.

  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and results-driven.

  • GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

Key Performance Indicators 

  • Achievement of digital sales, profit, and cash targets.

  • Growth in new digital customers and appointments secured.

  • Timely and accurate completion of monthly turnover processes.

  • High levels of customer satisfaction.
