Climate and Digital Solutions Technician

As a Technician within our CDS business unit, you will be responsible for providing climate solutions to a variety of different businesses from construction sites to oil rigs, from food manufacturing facilities to art galleries. So whether the customer needs to dry concrete prior to floor application, prevent corrosion in high humidity areas or negate the effects of seasonal variances in humidity on production floors, we have the skills, technology and equipment capacity in each market area to help them do just that.

Day to day you will be delivering, installing and servicing hire equipment using key skills such as lateral thinking, HVAC experience and installation knowledge to ensure our customer experience is to the highest standard.

This position is based in the field with prime candidate location being Bellshill, Scotland. Due to the occasional early start or late finish, the ideal candidate will have their own transport and must have a drivers' licence. The opportunity allows for travel as we cover the whole of the UK, using vehicles supplied by the company.

• An Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering NVQ or background in something similar; or someone with a keen interest in securing a qualification in one of these subjects
• Written communication skills
• Great customer care skills
• Ability to deal with customers under stress
• Full UK driving licence
• Practical, hands-on approach
• Happy to work alone or as part of a team
• Able to work with various IT systems
• Work to the highest Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality standards
