Whenever the climate conditions of a site need modification, considerable know-how is required to make sure conditions turn out perfect. Polygon has the expertise. We offer comprehensive climate and digital solutions, for controlling the temperature and humidity of a building and manufacturing environment.

The main purpose of this role is to professionally sell the Company's specialist Climate and Digital Solutions, to existing and prospective customers in order to achieve the Company's strategic objectives, including profitable growth.

Key activities include, but are not limited to....

· As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive our Digital Solutions awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, ultimately increasing revenue

· Key account management of existing customers - establish senior level contacts, facilitate relationships across all departments (externally and internally) and proactively develop sales with new PUK TCS customers.

· Assist revenue growth (and associated margin) by cross-functional collaboration through the full Polygon service portfolio to both existing & new customers.

· Identify additional opportunities within the client base for new Polygon services – develop concept and produce proposals with line manager.

· Produce & keep updated development plans for own customers.

· Monitor client activity and produce internal and external management information for each client according to agreed deadlines.

· Presentations to prospective clients.

We will consider people from a variety of backgrounds and welcome people who see customer service as part of their DNA. For this position, we are looking for people who might have:

  • Experience selling into the Construction is a must or experience within HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) industry.
  • Strong sales background
  • Customer management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
