In this role, you are responsible for delivering top-tier specialist repair services to both commercial and residential customers.
Key Role Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality repairs on a wide range of surfaces, including but
not limited to, woods and veneers, ceramics and enamels, stone and
brick, metal, foils and plastics.
* Visit sites to maintain existing client relationships and support the
generation of new sales opportunities as directed.
* Uphold company standards by conforming to all policies, including
Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
* Maintain van condition, ensuring it is equipped, clean and serviced per
guidelines.
* Optimise personal productivity and follow company guidelines for
Claims Management System usage.
* Operate safely indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions,
including working at height using ladders.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and sales growth in collaboration with the sales team.
* Undertake special projects as required and be willing to travel extensively.
