Are you a skilled technician with a strong understanding of ERP systems and a passion for troubleshooting technical issues? We are looking for a dedicated IFS Support Technician to join our team and provide technical and functional support for the IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the IFS platform, assisting with local data administration, report creation, and user training. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and enhance system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line and second-line support for IFS-related issues reported by end-users.
  • Log, track, and resolve issues, escalating to internal teams or the vendor as needed.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity within the IFS platform, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data visualisation.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions on IFS functionalities and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system workflows, user guides, and issue resolution guides.
  • Develop skills in IFS Customer Engagement (CE) app creation, leveraging the platform's capabilities for custom applications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to explore innovative use cases for IFS CE.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with IFS Applications, preferably in a support or analyst role.
  • Experience with ERP systems, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of IFS modules such as Finance, Service Management, Mobile Work Order, HR, and Supply Chain.
  • Experience with system integrations and APIs is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • May require occasional after-hours support for critical system issues or upgrades.
