Do you want to join a team where you will have the ability to make real changes and be part of Polygons continued success? This is an exciting time for Polygons HR team, as we expand further our knowledge and capability, we welcome the addition of a new Internal Recruiter. 

The job purpose is to be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience, meeting key perfomance indicators and reporting on recruitment metrics. All whilst ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered to our internal customers and promote the Company's ethos and culture. 

Key activities will include but not be limited to...

• End to end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding,
   ensuring an exceptional experience for all.
• Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels including job
   boards, social media, careers fairs and networking events.
• Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practice.
• Provide updates to hiring managers on role progress.
• Be the first point of contact with all potential candidates at all levels.
• Seek and provide valuable feedback in a professional manner for all candidates.
• Obtain and complete all right to work checks.
• Ensure both internal and external advertisements are current and correct.
• Deliver a “candidate focused” recruitment process ensuring the whole Polygon
   team acts in line with our values.
• Interact positively on social media platforms, to encourage people to want to
   join Polygon.

To succeed in this role you will have experience within the recruitment sector, and have an approachable demeanour, understanding of recruitment best practice and excellent communication skills.
