Due to growth, we are looking for major people to join us as Major & Complex Claims Supervisors.

To be an MCC Supervisor with us you will need to see customer service as part of your DNA, be able to manage your own fully productive team on projects, have a full UK driving licence, be willing to work away on exciting jobs and be eager to never stop learning!

As a Major & Complex Claims Supervisor your daily duties will be:

  • Man management of technicians and agency staff ensuring highest attainable standards of customer service are delivered.
  • Ensuring Company and quality procedures are adhered to by the management of restoration staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Quality Management System
  • Ensure PMCP compliance on any project being managed
  • To support the PM’s in effective management
  • Assisting staff with technical problems and provide coaching where necessary
  • Ensure that productivity and effectiveness of the staff is at the optimum level
  • Ensure van is equipped, and all equipment is clean and serviced according to manufacturer’s guidelines
  • Seek new business opportunities
  • Proactively maintain regular reporting to Project Manager
  • Simply usage and management of usage in line with company procedures.
  • Assist project manager to provide Quality information to support estimating / Invoicing / Reduction of Debtor days
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation for all staff.
  • Effective control of on site sub contracted services maximising utilisation both in terms of cost and customer service
  • Undertake performance management keeping accurate records, upon Project Managers’ direction
  • Flexibility across all areas as the need of the business demands
  • Co-ordinate suppliers and deliveries to site to ensure smooth, seamless delivery of project
  • Responsibility and accountability for all equipment used on a project (owned and hired)
