Key Responsibilities

• To support the project co-ordination team in delivering commercial and major loss 

 solutions by working to the best of your ability

• Attend daily toolbox talks to ensure all health and safety concerns are being met, 

 and that the job is progressing as planned

• Help manage temporary agency staff who may need training and guidance when 

coming in to support Polygon team.

• Ensure that personal productivity and effectiveness is at the optimum level

• Maintain all company property to the best of your ability by keeping it clean and 

serviced according to manufacturer's guidelines 

• Meaningful updates to the customer as required through clear communication and 

strong customer service skills 

• Request equipment and materials in sufficient time to ensure a smooth, seamless 

delivery of the project

• Responsibility for the return of all equipment used on a project (owned and hired) 

• Undertake smaller projects with support of line manager

• Ensure use of correct documents in project file on Claims Management System

• Highlight area for continuous improvement

• Identify sales opportunities and working in conjunction with the sales team

• Special projects as required by the business and working within other areas when 

required 

• Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety Policy

• Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System

• Take pride in being part of the Polygon company; Be the prime example of

 between all Polygon colleagues.

• Attend internal company meetings and follow up when necessary

• A willingness to travel and stay away frequently is essential to this position.
