This is a really exciting time for Polygons HR team, as we expand further our knowledge and capability, we welcome the addition of a new Organisational Development Business Partner.


Working with the Head of Organisational Development and business units to identify, design, deliver and measure best in class learning opportunities to all PUK&I colleagues.


Key activities will include but are not limited to...


  • Providing partnering to all PUK&I business units to provide an OD advisory service for all colleagues, ensuring collaboration and consistency in all OD activity.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of high-quality learning opportunities, linking benefit and outcomes to PUK&I 2025 vision
  • Accountable for the delivery of the Polygon UK&I induction programme, ensuring continuous improvement from delegate feedback and/or business need
  • Supporting the timely completion of all H&S and Compliance TBT's ensuring accuracy of content and completion of the annual review process and escalating non-completion as required
  • Carry out continuous evaluation of all training events/materials to ensure the effectiveness of OD across the business, with a focus on enhancing our customer experience and increase overall learner skillset.
  • Assist the OD Administrator with the organisation of all training courses for both internal and external customers.


To succeed in this role we believe you need a minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent and 3 + years experience in a training creation, design and delivery role.
