To be considered for the role, you must have specialist knowledge and significant experience within commercial disaster management, coupled with a strong business focus and track record in project delivery. We want somebody to hit the ground running. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Attend damage sites across the UK to undertake surveys, create survey reports and estimates. 
  • Survey necessary works; prepare reports, both written and video, produce project estimates, including planning and arranging of labour, material and equipment resources, H&S documentation.     
  • Prepare the project physical site, plan and organise the works. 
  • Attend sites as required to manage projects and/ or start and handover projects to the site supervisor, to achieve planned outcomes. 
  • Monitor project progress to meet expected targets 
  • Oversee all site H&S including construction phase plans and requirements under all relevant legislation, including CDM 
  • Regularly liaise with customers on project progress        
  • Pursue sales leads to expand and develop the business 
  • Be willing to travel extensively and stay away from home as required
