As a Restoration Technician your daily duties will be:

• Attending all new jobs allocated by dispatch and Area Managers to include all domestic and commercial perils
• Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required
• Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders etc
• Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings
• Ensure ‘live time’ inputting of reports in line with quality procedures, ensuring ‘live jobs’ are updated on a weekly basis
