We are looking for two Regional Directors (North & South) to join Polygon UK and be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery and profitability of the business. You will do this by building and maintaining a highly effective and engaged team, creating and delivering business plans to achieve growth in all parts of the business, work with the senior management team to develop and articulate the goals for your business unit when it comes to culture, systems and practices all whilst championing “One Polygon” and doing all that you can to ensure we become the number one fully integrated solutions provider.
To flourish in this position, we believe you need to have a strong financial/commercial background with a good understanding of Technical Service Delivery ideally within a Damage Management or Technical / Insurance environment. You will have a qualification relevant to the role, alongside, a positive, engaging personality with a can-do approach to innovation and change.
