Polygon Major & Complex Claims, provides damage management and associated services to Private and Public Sector organisations, including Local Authority and Insurance customers. We offer innovative operational and development solutions that have been built using the strong foundation of the Polygon organisation.

We are looking for a Technical Manager to join our existing team, reporting to the Head of Technical Support Services you will be responsible for ensuring that the companys current technical processes and procedures are being implemented and maintained across the business. Whilst challenging, improving and where possibe simplifying the current procees through site engagement, interactions with key stakeholders, the latest technologies and analysis of business data.

To succeed in this role we believe you need a proven track record, with demonstratable knowledge, including a range of technical skills specific to Disaster Recovery & Restoration built up over a number or years within the industry. You will have ideally held a management position with aspects of technical responsibility. You will have BDMA & IOSH / NEBOSH Qaulifications.
