Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide on-going technical support to the business as required. 
  • Mentor individuals / groups to achieve industry leading standards 
  • Work with internal audit teams to identify areas for improvement and be influential in providing realistic solutions. 
  • Monitor site standards and escalate issues arising with a proactive view on resolving and preventing repetition. 
  • Develop new service lines and ways of working 
  • Provide progress updates to the SLT on implementation of recently launched innovations 
  • Attend technical training/innovation days and forums  
  • Actively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business. 

Experience 

Have a proven track record and demonstrable knowledge including a range of technical skills specific to Disaster Recovery & Restoration built up over a number of years within the industry. Ideally held a previous management position with aspects of technical responsibility

  • Have a high level of flexibility and a positive attitude to innovation and change.
