Full Speed ahead for POLYGONVATRO HVAC & Tech Team

Following a very positive transition into the Polygon family, three members of the HVAC & Technical Project Team, headed up by Martin Moylan, have completed their probationary period and joined the Major & Complex Claims Team on a full-time basis.

The division was set up six months ago and during that period POLYGONVATRO has seen the number of HVAC decontamination and technical restoration projects increase four-fold.

Martin Moylan, National Operations Manager (HVAC & Technical Projects), said, “Since joining Polygon we have received every possible support, enabling the team to make a real difference to the Major & Complex Claims division by bringing new skills and a new service line to the company. What we want now is to push on and become the number one technical restoration company in the UK.”

Pat Neal, HR Director (Polygon UK & Ireland), commented, “I’m delighted that the HVAC Team has demonstrated real value to the business. We had no doubt from the start that with the right investment and commitment the division would go from strength to strength.”

Pat continued, “Polygon as a whole are 100% committed to full-time employment, we have no zero-hour contracts in our business and want to give people real stability in their lives. JobsOutlook last week reported that 89% of employers will increase or maintain their temporary workforce in the next three months. This is a rise of nine percentage points compared to findings reported in March (80%), suggesting that businesses may become increasingly reliant on temporary workers. At Polygon we will continue to operate a system of permanent employment and continue to invest in our colleagues, giving them every opportunity to be the best they possibly can be.”
