Polygon always strives to comply with the laws, regulations, standards and other requirements, such as ethical principles, that are applicable within our areas of business.
We have a Code of Conduct that clearly explains what is appropriate behaviour when interacting with customers, employees, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Integrity is one of our core values; therefore our customers should feel confident that we will act in their best interests to fulfil their needs. It is also important that our subcontractors are fully aware and compliant with our Code of Conduct.
Polygon has also developed clearly defined guidelines within anti-corruption and anti-trust. We have a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and are fully committed to the principles of fair competition. The guidelines are designed to communicate this message and assist all employees in upholding it.
If a possible violation of company guidelines, laws or ethics is noticed by an employee, an integrity line is available to handle any concerns that for some reason cannot be raised and addressed directly with management or human resources.
