For me it is important to first meet the customer and map the problem. The customer has the space to express their opinion/vision on the matter.
With the right devices, knowledge and techniques we search for the leak. Once the leak has been found I provide my conclusion as feedback to the customer with the necessary information regarding the next steps that need to be taken. These are transferred within 24 hours through reporting to the appropriate involved parties.
What do you like best about your job?
For me it is a challenge to find the leak every day and this in continuously different situations and environments. Effectively helping the customers further who are often desperate provides me with satisfaction!
