Polygon appoints New Group CFO

Polygon Group announces today that Martin Hamner who held the position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2019 will, for personal reasons, resign and leave the Group. Åsa Källenius has been appointed as new CFO effectively starting November 1st, 2023.

Hamner, who has held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2019, will be stepping down from his role and departing from Polygon. Åsa Källenius has been appointed as the new CFO, effective from November 1st, 2023.

Åsa Källenius, brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has previously held similar positions at esteemed companies such as Tele 2 and, most recently, Meko (formerly known as Mekonomen). Her appointment as CFO will further strengthen the company's financial strategy and operations, ensuring continued success and growth in the years to come.
