Polygon US Corporation, a leader in document restoration, announced today the acquisition of Rapid Refile LLC., a leading provider of document recovery, drying, scanning, and restoration services headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
The acquisition by Polygon adds to Polygon’s existing Document Restoration capabilities. “Our goal in all acquisitions is to enhance our services to our growing client base,“ said John Campanelli, President of Polygon North America, “With the Rapid Refile acquisition, we expand our expertise and capabilities in document restoration. Rapid Refile’s state of the art Allentown facility compliments our existing document restoration facilities in Boston and Chicago. In the first quarter of 2013, Polygon will add a document facility serving the San Francisco and west coast market to continue our growth.”
Rapid Refile’s Founder, Kevin Perko, joins Polygon along with the rest of his team, including Joe Perko, James Gilbert, and Rob Schmidt. “This is good news for our clients. Not only do they get enhanced document services, but we can now offer them full property restoration services as well,” said Perko.
