Supporting Stronger Communities: Polygon Ireland and Wellsprings

Our Cork office recently had the privilege of partnering with Wellsprings as part of Polygon Ireland’s annual social and community initiative.

Wellsprings provides lifelong transitional support to young people who have experienced care, offering not only accommodation and practical assistance, but also stability, safety, connection, and hope. Its Outreach Service is a vital resource for many young women, providing access to essential supports including hot meals, shower and laundry facilities, and a welcoming, non-judgemental environment.

Throughout the day, the Polygon team worked across both the residential and Outreach services, completing a range of improvement projects. These included painting and decorating, installing new flooring, enhancing outdoor spaces, upgrading facilities, and creating a more dignified and accessible shower area for the young women who use the service.
