Polygon AB (publ) has yesterday April 21, 2020 at 16:00 CEST issued a press release regarding the publication of its Annual Report for 2019.
The press release incorrectly referred to the information being published pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation, whereas the correct reference should have been that the information was published pursuant to the Swedish Securities Market Act. Accordingly, for the avoidance of doubt, the company did not consider any information in the Annual Report or the press release to constitute inside information under the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
