As per the 19th of February Erik Jan Jansen was elected member of the board of Polygon AB (publ).
At an extraordinary general meeting of Polygon AB (publ) as of today’s date, the former CEO of Polygon, Erik Jan Jansen was elected to the board. Erik Jan Jansen was CEO of Polygon between 2014 and 2018 and before that COO Europe at Securitas AB.
As of this date, the board consists of the following members: Lars Blecko (Chairman of the Board), Nadia Meier-Kirner, Gunilla Andersson, Jonas Samuelsson and Erik-Jan Jansen.
