Early detection is only the first step. Finding the source can be just as disruptive, and if it isn’t obvious, a plumber may cause further damage trying to locate it.
We use a range of non‑destructive techniques for accurate leak detection. Acoustic Leak Detection profiles sound to pinpoint leaks up to three metres deep in materials like concrete, soil or tarmac.
Tracer Gas Leak Detection pushes a speciality gas through the system, allowing us to detect its escape above ground. It works on almost all internal and external pipework.
Infra‑Red Leak Detection quickly scans large areas by mapping temperature changes, making it highly effective for locating leaks in heating and hot water feeds.
