We are seeking a dedicated Local IT Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to implement and support IT strategies at the local level, ensuring alignment with local market demands and business-specific needs. The Local IT Support Specialist will focus on operational execution, adaptation, and providing exceptional IT support to local users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Local Support and Maintenance: Provide daily IT support and maintenance, access
management, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist local users with ITrelated queries.
• Business-Specific Applications: Manage local applications and systems, handle
customizations and integrations.
• Implementation of Global IT Strategies: Implement Core IT policies and processes,
ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage local network infrastructure and maintain servers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Core IT on strategic projects, provide feedback and
report issues.
• Customization: Address specific local needs and customize IT solutions.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with
local regulations.
• Training: Provide training to local users and develop IT staff skills.
• Incident Management: Respond to and manage local IT incidents, resolve complex
issues.
• Vendor Management: Handle relationships with local vendors.
• Life Cycle Management & Maintenance: Oversee the life cycle & Maintenance of local IT
assets.

Candidate Requirements:
• Education and minimum 2-4 years’ experience as technical support.
• Interest in keeping oneself up to date with advancements in technology.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong customer service approach.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Problem-Solving: Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Works well with others, enjoys being part of a team.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of IT security principles.
• Fluent in English.

Technical Skills:
• Microsoft 365
• Azure AD and On-prem AD
• Desktop applications
• Experience in working in an ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar)
• Device Management (Microsoft OS, Android OS, and printers)
• Network Management (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Security Measures and compliance
• Cloud Services (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge about ERP system (IFS)
