What information do we collect?
When you as an employee in Polygon Group login to Polygon Everyday Intranet we collect information about you that is found in your directory profile in Google Directory.
That is: Your full name, your work address, your phone number, your email address, your corporate role, your managers name, your primary service line and your organisational location. We collect your unique Google ID.
You can voluntary choose to edit your profile on the Intranet and add a picture of yourself. This information will also be shown for other users on the Intranet.
How do we use the information?
Polygon would like to share the employee contact information among the employees in Polygon Group in order to encourage collaboration within the Group. The People gallery is easily searched and divided by Country, location and corporate role.
News articles on the Intranet can be tailored to specific country, roles or employees in different service lines. That information is based on your corporate title and service line.
What information do we share?
We do not share this information further. It stays on the Polygon Everyday Intranet.
