Engagement initiatives
Every day, our people face sensitive situations. Safety and well-being are our top priority. To keep our employees safe, we provide mandatory protective equipment where it’s needed, and we educate our employees on how to apply safety routines in their daily work. In 2025, we launched our Vision Zero programme to eliminate serious injuries by focusing on prevention, leadership, and a shared safety culture. It’s a long-term commitment to ensure everyone goes home safe, every day.
