What information do we collect?
When you as an employee in Polygon Group login to the Metrix mobile app, we collect information about your device: access to camera, audio, your phone book and your account.
How do we use the information?
The Metrix system is connected to a backoffice solution for Field service management. You, as a field technician receive jobs from backoffice to your mobile client. When you report back to the backoffice with photos, videos and customer dialogs, addresses and signatures, the system needs access to your device.
What information do we share?
Information that you put in to the mobile app is shared with Polygon backoffice personell, policy holders and customers.
