What information do we collect?
When you as an employee in Polygon login and use the ScanPet app, the following permissions is given to the app: access to your camera, find accounts on your device, read, change or remove content on the SD card on your device and your GPS position. This app will be used to collect company equipment inventory data.
How do we use the information?
The information is used to verify and complete a full physical inventory of all company assets for auditing and accounting purposes.
What information do we share?
The information collected is not shared with any personnel outside of the company. It will be imported into our ERP system for accounting purposes.
