At an extraordinary general meeting of Polygon AB (publ), a new board was elected.
As of this date, the board consists of the following members: Nadia Meier-Kirner (Chairman of the Board), Gunilla Andersson, Lars Blecko, Petter Darin and Jonas Samuelsson.
Lars Blecko is newly elected to the board and is most recently coming from a position as CEO of Loomis in the US. Luc Hendriks, Lars-Ove-Håkansson and Ole Skov leave the board.
