Polygon’s acquisition of Skadegruppen in Norway has been approved by the Norwegian competition authority.
On September 26 th , Polygon announced the signing of an agreement with Coor Service Management to acquire their subsidiary Skadegruppen AS in Norway. The acquisition has now been approved by the Norwegian competition authority, following their customary approval procedure. Thereby, the transaction has been completed as of today, November 1 st.
