For more than two decades, ExactAire has been trusted across construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and critical infrastructure projects to monitor, control, and protect environments where conditions matter most.
As Polygon’s technology capabilities have grown, ExactAire has evolved from a single product line into the foundation of a broader IoT solutions portfolio. The ExactAire name continues to exist within our ecosystem, but many capabilities once delivered under that name are now part of an expanded, integrated digital platform.
If you’ve heard the name ExactAire through industry conversations, specifications, or legacy projects, you’re in the right place — this page connects that legacy to today’s capabilities.
As Polygon’s capabilities grew, we outgrew the ExactAire name — not the technology behind it.
What started with air monitoring expanded into a much broader set of digital capabilities that now include moisture content, leak detection, water/flow monitoring, sound and vibration, power and energy monitoring, equipment automation, and advanced analytics. These solutions extend well beyond what the word “air” alone can represent.
Rather than limiting innovation under a name tied to a single medium, Polygon expanded ExactAire into a flexible digital solutions umbrella that reflects the full scope of what we deliver today.
This evolution enables Polygon to:
ExactAire remains a core part of this foundation — now strengthened and extended through a comprehensive digital platform built for modern risk management and operational insight.
This evolution allows Polygon to deliver broader insight, deeper automation, and greater long-term value — while maintaining the proven capabilities that ExactAire users trust.
