Polygon acquire Villaklimat OBM AB in Malmö

On 31 March Polygon Sweden acquired Villaklimat OBM AB in Malmö. The acquisition further strengthens Polygons market position in the Skåne region.

“Villaklimat OBM AB has a high level of expertise and fits well into Polygon´s offering. They show very low employee turnover, have longstanding customer relationships and use the same working methods as we do. Against that background, we are convinced that the acquisition will be successful,” says Thomas Perman, Country President of Polygon Sweden.

For Villaklimat OBM AB, this move will give the employees access to Polygon´s technical equipment and resources for training, marketing and sales. The operations in Villaklimat OBM AB will not be changed in connection with the acquisition, only reinforced. Villaklimat OBM AB has 14 employees. Today Polygon has 155 employees throughout Sweden.

Villaklimat OBM AB will be incorporated into Polygon’s network of local units. The new head of the operations will be Tord Thunman, who is currently the business area manager for Temporary Climate Solutions in Sweden.

“We strive to play an active role when it comes to consolidating the industry and want to ensure more professional handling of moisture problems. This acquisition will give us a greater critical mass and therefore also a bigger impact on the market,” adds Thomas Perman.
