Polygon acquires Celler Trocknungs Service GmbH

Polygon Germany acquired Celler Trocknungs Service GmbH on September 1st, 2022. The company, based in Celle, currently employs ten people and offers services for water damage removal and construction drying, in addition to leak detection.

Celler Trocknungs Service GmbH was founded in April 2012 by Frank Kraschinski and Detlef Karl Grimme. Located in the Westercelle industrial estate, the company works primarily in Celle, Braunschweig, Hildesheim and Hanover.

Frank Kraschinski, founder and current managing director is pleased about the acquisition and believes there is significant growth potential: "With our location in Celle, we will seamlessly integrate our business into the existing branch network of Polygon Germany. We will continue to develop and maximise Polygon’s strength as a partner."

Detlef Karl Grimme, co-founder and joint managing director, is also optimistic about the takeover:

"Certainly, this step was a very emotional decision for us as founders, but with Polygon, we have found a partner who will enable us to grow and promises our employees a secure job in the future."

With this acquisition, Polygon Germany has strengthened its local presence in Celle and the neighbouring cities and districts. The location in Celle will continue to operate as a depot and be fully integrated into the existing branch network of Polygon.

"I am delighted to welcome another member to our growing Polygon family. This acquisition will further enhance our position of strength in Germany’s fire and water damage restoration field. Celler Trocknungs Service GmbH has a large customer base as an established renovation company. By bundling our resources, we will be able to offer an even better service to customers in the Celle area," says Andreas Weber, Managing Director at Polygon Germany.
