Polygon Norway has signed an agreement to acquire Skadegruppen AS, a subsidiary of Coor Service Management. The acquisition will add more than 200 employees and annual sales of NOK 250 million to our network.
“As the European market leader we have taken on the responsibility to advance the property damage industry. Our enhanced network will enable us to serve our national customers even better than before and at the same time drive initiatives to further professionalize our industry. I am also very happy to welcome a large number of new family members to the Polygon Group. Providing an appealing opportunity to those who want to be part of a winning team and make a difference going forward” says Erik-Jan Jansen, President & CEO of Polygon Group.
“We are pleased to have concluded the divestment of the Damage Services operations in Norway and that we’re now able to focus fully on our core operations in facility management. We’re also pleased that a good new ownership solution has been found. Polygon, a specialized operator in property damage control, has the potential to continue to develop the business in a positive manner,” says Mikael Stöhr, Coor’s President and CEO.
The acquisition is subject to approval from the competition authorities and expected to be consolidated in Polygon during the fourth quarter of 2017.
