Polygon continues the consolidation of the Nordic region through the acquisition of Dansk Bygningskontrol

Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Dansk Bygningskontrol A/S in Denmark. The acquisition will add 230 employees with reported annual sales of DKK 205 million. Key management of Dansk Bygningskontrol will obtain a 30% shareholding in the merged entity.

 The acquisition is subject to approval from the competition authorities and expected to be consolidated in Polygon during the first quarter of 2018.
