Polygon’s acquisition of Dansk Bygningskontrol in Denmark has been approved by the Danish competition authority.
On October 23rd, Polygon announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Dansk Bygningskontrol A/S in Denmark. The acquisition has now been approved by the Danish competition authority, following their customary approval procedure. The consolidation will be completed by January 4, 2018.
