POLYGONVATRO Major & Complex Claims – When disaster strikes, anywhere in Europe

Major & Complex Claims is an area where the Polygon Group has strong capacity to deliver, long experienced, competent and international network of technicians anywhere in Europe and also elsewhere on the globe when disaster strikes.

Major & Complex Claims services are part of our POLYGONVATRO offering with a team of international experts based at our Center of Excellence for Major and Complex Claims in Olpe, Germany. The team is ready to act 24/7 to help our customers mitigate the effects of water and fire damages. We act fast and assign the best project leaders to direct our workforce to take the actions required. With our local network of own staff and restoration partners, we are also able to communicate in the local language of our customers regardless of where the damage takes place.

During the last couple of years, we have seen increased interest for our services from customers in Central Europe. That´s why we decided to go on a tour in Poland and Czech Republic on October 9th - 10th to network with customers and share our experience in Major & Complex Claims.

Polygon organized two events at the Swedish Embassies in Warsaw and Prague. Both events were well visited by local and international insurance companies, brokers, agents, loss adjusters as well as risk managers from large multinational companies, with strong local operations such as Siemens & Volkswagen Group.

The companies who visited the events got an opportunity to network with professionals from Polygon and learn more about our innovations within our Major & Complex Claims offering, with key focus on 3D laser scanning and Document Restoration.

The highlight of the event was a visit to our Major & Complex Claims truck, which we use as a mobile office. The truck is fully loaded with equipment to mitigate the effects of water and fire damages, as well as a fully equipped mobile office for our project leaders to be able to lead task force and to communicate with our customers in real time.

Thanks to the strong interest from local companies in Poland, Polygon will organize a follow up visit with the opportunity for individual meetings and partnership discussions. The meetings will take place on November 5-6th.
