Polygon colleagues nominated in Women in Insurance Awards 2022

Congratulations to Kathryn Rodgers, Julie Bartoszyk, Louise Sevilla, and Emma Dadson, from Polygon UK who have been named as finalists in the prestigious Women in Insurance Awards 2022.

The event is the leading showcase for the achievements of women in the general insurance market, and we are delighted to that our colleagues from across Polygon have been recognized in this way.

As well as celebrating women’s achievements across all levels and sectors, the awards also function as a platform for further discussion of gender equality and diversity in the industry.

As the organizers state: “Showcasing excellence and achievement is a vital tool in the continuing battle to establish equality across all parts of the industry and in all roles.”

Even though there have been some great developments in gender equality, the industry still has a long way to go on areas such as the number of women in senior positions and the gender pay gap. A good step in the right direction is acknowledging the achievements of the women who are leading the way for coming generations, and Polygon is proud to be a part of the discussion, and to help further the development of a more equal and diverse insurance market.
