Polygon in Germany awarded as a claims service provider with strong service

Service quality is a decisive factor in claims settlement. As a property damage restoration company, POLYGONVATRO's work has an impact on the satisfaction of insurance customers. The insurance industry is therefore very interested in analysing the service quality of claims service providers.

The analysis company ServiceValue and the industry expert HNW consulting have been conducting a study on the service quality of claims service providers since 2013, thereby ensuring more transparency in the market. The analysis is supported by an advisory board made up of four managers responsible for loss adjustment from well-known insurance companies. The results of this study were presented at the end of June and POLYGONVATRO was recognized as one of 25 companies as a high-service claims service provider.

The analysis was based on a questionnaire on service quality. In addition to general company information, information on partner orientation, the company's own level of service and quality as well as the range of services was obtained. Of particular interest was the extent to which POLYGONVATRO and its services stand out from the market and its direct competitors and offer added value.

Our excellent result underscores our efforts to make the claims management process even smoother and more transparent in cooperation with insurance companies.
