Polygon Wins Triton ESG Award

It is with great pleasure that we announce, Polygon Group has won two out of four of the Triton ESG awards 2020, the Overall Environment, Social and Governance and the Social Award.

We are truly humbled by this win, since taking part in these awards, meant that we had to compete against some outstanding entries from Triton’s other portfolio companies. Polygon has now won all categories of the Triton ESG award as we last year achieved the Environmental and the Governance award.

What are the Triton ESG Awards?

Each year all Triton portfolio companies are invited to submit entries on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related projects, these are then reviewed by a panel and four awards are announced in the categories:

• Overall Environment, Social and Governance
• Environment
• Social
• Governance

Winning this prestigious award not only shows that Triton recognizes the hard work and commitment that all Polygon colleagues invest into “Our responsibility” (environmental, social and governance initiatives).This award also validates Polygon’s continued efforts to work sustainably within the industry.

The Overall ESG winner is awarded 15,000 Euros to spend on the charity of their choice, and each subcategory winner is awarded with 5,000 Euros per category to also spend on the charity of their choice. In other words, Polygon Group now has 20,000 Euros to donate to a charity that we truly believe in and that reflects our brand values.
