Polygon AB publishes prospectus

As previously disclosed Polygon AB (the "Company") has successfully completed a subsequent issue of EUR 60,000,000 3M EURIBOR + 5.00% notes (the “Subsequent Notes”) which will be issued in denominations of EUR 100,000 under the terms and conditions of the up to EUR 180,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes (ISIN SE0005878535) originally dated 14 April 2014 and as amended 29 June 2016 and as amended and restated on 26 October 2016 (the “Terms and Conditions”).

In connection with the listing of the Subsequent Notes on Nasdaq Stockholm the Company has prepared a prospectus which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available at the Company’s website.
