For the second year in a row, Polygon in Canada has hosted a car wash to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society.
The Polygon team is taking action to change the future of this disease for friends, family, and Canadians nationwide. All of the money raised will go towards the invaluable work of Canada’s brightest researchers, supporting ground-breaking discoveries, providing cancer patients with much-needed support services, and ensuring that other life-changing work is possible.
“This cause is close to the hearts of our team. Within our Polygon family we have colleagues who have conquered cancer and others still fighting this terrible disease. Therefore, over the past few years we have been holding a car wash fundraiser to raise awareness and funds for the fight against cancer,” says Fabio Bernardo, Country President for Polygon in Canada.
This brilliant initiative successfully raised $2,665 from donations on the day of the car wash, and subsequentlyonline, surpassing the goal of $2,500!
