New CEO appointed - Axel Gränitz will be new CEO at Polygon

Polygon announced today the appointment of a new CEO - Axel Gränitz who will start as Chief Executive Officer effective October 15, 2018. Erik-Jan Jansen will leave Polygon to pursue opportunities outside the company. We are truly grateful for all the good work done by Erik-Jan to build a professional service company with a very strong culture. Erik-Jan will ensure a professional and smooth transition to Axel, allowing time for him to hand over his current responsibilities.

Axel Gränitz held leading positions in different decentralized industries that are highly relevant to the Polygon businesses at ND Group Holding B.V., Dussmann Group, Arvato (Bertelsmann AG) and GATO International Tourism Organisation. Before joining Polygon, Mr. Gränitz was acting for different PE funds, last at Waterland Private Equity.

The change in Leadership will not affect the cornerstones of the Polygon Strategy, which was successfully established in the last years. Polygon willl remain focused on innovation and renewal of the product and service portfolio, based on a decentralized, effective, integrated and efficient network where people are key to foster it´s International market leader position in property damage restoration, serving a range of sectors including insurance, property management, government and industrial clients.
