Leadership transition at Polygon Group

Polygon Group, the European market leader in Property Damage Restoration, announces leadership changes as part of the continued development of its operating model and long-term strategy.

Åsa Källenius, who joined Polygon in November 2023, will step down from her role as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and leave the company. During her time with the Group, Åsa has played a key role in Polygon’s transformation journey, leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve cash management.

Magnus Warholm has been appointed as the new Group CFO, effective 4 March 2026. Magnus brings extensive CFO experience with more than 20 years in international leadership roles across multiple industries. He has served as Global CFO of Maersk Logistics & Services, CFO of Maersk Strategic Brands, and CFO of Seago Line, in addition to holding several board and advisory board positions.

Polygon is also implementing organisational changes within Group Transformation and IT to further strengthen its operating model. As part of these changes, the role of Group Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) will be discontinued. Consequently, Nina Junehed, who joined Polygon in June 2024, will step down from her role as Group CTO. During her time with Polygon, Nina has contributed to shaping the Group’s transformation agenda and governance structure.

Ali Qureshi, who has been part of the Group IT team since 2020, will assume the role of Group Head of IT, effective 1 March 2026.
